Legal information
Cookie policy.
Clear information about technologies stored on a user’s device and the current configuration of matstory.com.
01
What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a user’s device by the browser. Similar technologies may include local storage, identifiers or other mechanisms that store information or gain access to it.
In Poland, their use is governed primarily by Article 399 of the Electronic Communications Law and, where personal data is involved, by the GDPR. Technologies strictly necessary to provide a service may be used without consent; all others require prior, freely given consent.
02
Current matstory.com setup
The current MatStory code does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising profiling.
The hosting provider may process basic technical data and server logs to secure and deliver the website and diagnose errors. Server logs are not cookies; their processing is described in the Privacy policy.
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. The script from recaptcha.net is loaded only after the user chooses to submit the form, thereby expressly requesting this function. Google may set the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie as part of its risk analysis. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
03
Technology categories
If additional tools are introduced, we will publish a detailed list covering each technology’s name, provider, purpose and duration. Consent-based cookies will not be activated before consent is given.
04
How to control cookies
If optional cookies are introduced in the future, users will be able to accept, reject and change their settings with equal ease. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Cookies can also be deleted and blocked through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect the operation of selected website functions.
05
Changes and contact
We update this policy when the website configuration, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and revision date will always be available on this page.
